So I finally resolved my issues with Verizon. They have been dicking me around for some time now and i'm really fed up but I ended up paying my dsl bill on my old accout number . Why is my other account open I really don't understand I think they just have way too many customers and account numbers to even keep track of or know whats going on with it. They are now refunding my account finally and my real account email actually works I finally resolved something with them.
